AARCO CONTRACTING performed comprehensive façade restoration work including masonry repairs, brick replacement, repointing, copper cornice restoration, cast stone reconstruction, storefront restoration, sealant replacement, and repainting of exterior metal elements while preserving the building’s historic architectural character.

ROOF REPLACEMENT & SITE PROTECTION

The project included roof demolition and installation of a new liquid-applied roofing system with new plywood decking and insulation, along with scaffolding, sidewalk bridge protection, material hoisting, and overall site safety coordination throughout construction.
