The rebuilt parapet wall now blends seamlessly with the rest of the building’s exterior, adding to its refreshed appearance and preserving the beauty and character of this historic landmark building.

Fire Escapes Restoration:

As part of our work, we restored the fire escapes, ensuring that they meet safety standards and are ready to protect the occupants of the building in the event of an emergency.

Steel Refurbishment:

We also refurbished the steel components of the building, including railings and supports, to ensure that they are in good condition and able to support the weight of the structure.

Brick Replacement and Stucco Repair and Refinishing:

To enhance the appearance of the building, we replaced damaged bricks and repaired and refinished the stucco components, giving the building a fresh, updated look.
