OUR BRIEF HISTORY

AARCO Contracting was established over 18 years ago and has since been providing exceptional construction services to both commercial and residential clients. Our reliability is proven by the 360 + façades we’ve restored across New York City and the long-standing relationships we maintain with our customers.

Today, we employ over one hundred highly skilled craftsmen—including riggers, site-safety managers, scaffolders, masons, ironworkers, sheet-metal workers, waterproofing technicians, carpenters, painters, and site managers—and provide full-time site management to ensure every project is delivered on time and within budget. Because we’re committed to our clients, we routinely maintain projects for many years beyond completion.

Mobilizing materials, coordinating mechanical alterations and working with the specific guidelines of each building’s management requires skillful handling. Through years of building restoration experience and direction, we have sharply honed our systems to deliver outstanding service to New York’s exclusive, luxury high-rise residential market. In addition to this, AARCO Contracting dependably responds to and meets the needs of a number of high-profile commercial projects in the five boroughs of New York; Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Staten Island and Queens.

Numerous AARCO projects are located in the landmark district in Manhattan. Restoration of these buildings have required a thorough understanding of the logistics involved, and it is through our familiarity with landmark projects that we’ve been able to provide seamless execution, without impacting other owners.
